The DIANM exam spans 7 domains: Patient History and Clinical Interview (20% of the exam); Physical Examination and Diagnostic Evaluation (15% of the exam); Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis (10% of the exam); Treatment Planning and Implementation (15% of the exam); Assessment and Outcomes Management (10% of the exam); Clinical Documentation and Medicolegal Standards (15% of the exam); Evidence-Based Practice and Patient-Centered Care (15% of the exam). Every practice question on this site is tagged to one of these domains.

The domains are not weighted equally on the exam.
